About The Inclusion
Network
The Inclusion
Network was formed when discussions
with individuals and organizations,
initiated by The Mayerson Foundation,
identified the need for an umbrella
group that would help raise awareness
of inclusion, recognize exemplary
inclusive efforts, provide technical
assistance and link individuals with
and without disabilities. The
Inclusion Network is a non-profit
organization whose staff and
volunteers partner to promote
inclusion of people with disabilities
in the Greater Cincinnati community. To
accomplish this the Network engages in
the following activities:

Inclusion Awards
An annual event which will recognize
businesses and organizations that demonstrate
best inclusive practices
in the Greater Cincinnati Area.

INfoLine
An information and linking service, 513-345-1330
or 513-345-1336 (TTY), for anyone who
wants to learn more about inclusion or
who is looking for resources in the community.

Speakers
Bureau
Staff and volunteers who can talk with
interested community groups about
inclusion.

Support
Service
Consultation and Technical Assistance
Services available to anyone who is interested
in exploring inclusive practices or
who is actively engaged in inclusive
efforts.

Newsletter
Providing information about the Network
and highlighting inclusion in the
Greater Cincinnati area.

Volunteer
Task Force Projects
Short-term projects based on available
opportunities, emerging trends and community
need as identified with Network
volunteer.

About The Manuel D. and Rhoda Mayerson Foundation
The purpose of the Manuel D. and
Rhoda Mayerson Foundation is to
improve the lives of children and
people with disabilities, as well as
to support important community
institutions and efforts aimed at
preserving cultural heritage.
The board is responsive to sound
strategic planning, guarantee
stability and leadership ability,
creativity, entrepreneurial
visioning, leveraging of resources,
collaboration and empowerment of
people. Additionally, there is a
focus on providing funding to
efforts which otherwise struggle to
find critical support.
The Foundation concentrates its
attention almost exclusively in the
Greater Cincinnati area.
